with a background in competitive athletics, my journey to pilates and yoga began as a way to reconnect ~ with my body, with balance, and with a slower, more intentional way of moving.

guided by an interdisciplinary lineage of teachers, and practicum with at studios (mexico), modo (canada), and yoga renew (nyc), i continue to deepen my curiosity for anatomy, somatics, and the subtle art of restorative movement.

my classes weave functional alignment with intuition, offering movement as a form of presence ~ one that honors both the physical and energetic self.
